Brad Pitt is finally spending more time with his kids. There’s a new report that says the Hollywood actor spent Christmas Day with his six children, leaving his ex-wife Angelina Jolie behind. Angelina surprised the celebrity world when she filed for divorce back in September. Since then, Angelina and Brad have been fighting in an all-out war over custody of their kids.
Sources say that Brad was absolutely livid that Angelina Jolie wouldn’t allow him to visit with their kids on Thanksgiving Day last month. That’s why he absolutely insisted on seeing them on Christmas Day. He hates that Angelina keeps on driving him away from their six children. He’s been telling close friends that while he’s made his mistakes, he doesn’t think he’s a bad father. He truly believes that his children need both their mother and father in their lives. Of course, Angelina thinks differently.
The children’s therapist, who also supervises Brad’s visits with the kids, was also there on Christmas Day. One source close to the situation told Us Weekly, “Brad did see the kids at some point for a holiday gift exchange. Brad gave them presents and it was cordial.”
It’s without a doubt the last thing Angelina Jolie wants to do is spend her Christmas weekend with Brad Pitt. There’s no way she’ll relinquish the control she has over her children and share custody with Brad.
After all, the actor recently slammed her in their divorce case by calling her out of control. He claims that Angelina has ‘no self-regulating mechanism’ and that she’s hurting their children by making their nasty divorce and custody battle so public. Yet, insiders close to Angelina say that Brad’s latest movie is a smear tactic of his own as the ex-couple already signed a private agreement to keep their divorce case sealed from the media.
Reports indicate that Brad and Angelina are due in court next week. Brad is fighting to seal their divorce case documents from the public.
