While it may seem like an unlikely friendship at a first sight, Kylie Jenner and Sofia Richie have reportedly been getting very close, especially after the makeup mogul’s fallout with Jordyn Woods. After the model betrayed her family back in February, Kylie realized that she had to make some changes as far as her inner circle is concerned and that is exactly what she did!
The younger Jenner sister’s group of friends has suffered some changes since then!
One source tells HollywoodLife that ‘Kylie’s breakup with Jordyn changed so much in her life. It’s been a huge shift. She went from spending so much of her time with Jordyn, that she had to find other ways to fill that space in her life.’
Of course, her famous family was there for her but, apparently, Kylie felt like it was the right time for her to create some deeper bonds with friends too.
‘She’s gotten closer to a number of friends including Sofia. Since her friendship with Jordyn ended, Kylie has had the time to nurture her friendship with Sofia more and it’s flourishing. Who knows if that would’ve happened otherwise. But, it’s funny how life works out,’ the insider went on to dish.
Ever since Jordyn Woods was exposed for smooching with Khloe Kardashian’s now-ex, Tristan Thompson at his house party, Kylie has kept her distance from the model who she would usually spend most of her time with.
They used to be inseparable! However, Kylie showed loyalty to her sister and broke all ties with her longtime BFF.
Jordyn took her things and moved from Kylie’s house to her mother’s and since then, they haven’t tried to fix their friendship, although during a KUWK episode, Kylie tearfully defended her in front of Kim.
